Spacious apartment for 2-6 people
Our approximately 90 m² apartment offers plenty of space for relaxation and spending time together.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The separate living area invites you to relax – whether with a good book or while sitting together in the evening.
The bathroom with bathtub provides relaxing moments after an eventful day.
A private balcony with a magnificent view and a storage space for skis or mountain bikes complete the offer.

Cozy two-bedroom apartment for families, friends, and small groups (up to 6 people)

Our apartment features two bedrooms with large double beds and a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The living area can be separated from the kitchen with a sliding door, perfect for extra privacy and flexible use.

Additional guests: From the 5th guest onwards, €20 per night per person will be charged -
Low season: In the low season, flexible booking is possible – upon request, the apartment can also be rented with only one bedroom.

The local tax of €2.40 per person/night is not included in the price and will be charged on site.

Cancellation policy
If a cancellation is necessary, we will of course try our best to accommodate you.
The deposit will be retained in case of cancellation.
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge, however the deposit will be retained.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Washing, drying and ironing facilities
To ensure you feel completely comfortable, we have thought of everything: hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, hand and dish towels, as well as dish soap, dishwasher tablets and practical dishwashing utensils are available for you.
​Would you like to do laundry or ironing during your stay? Just ask us – we're happy to accommodate your request. A clothes drying rack is also available on the balcony.

​Upon request, we will gladly lend you hiking poles, backpacks or a child carrier backpack free of charge – so you are perfectly equipped to enjoy the nature around the Grabmairhof.

​For our little guests, we are happy to provide a high chair, a cot (without bed linen), children's cutlery and games upon request – making your holiday at Grabmairhof even more relaxing.
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total price. You can pay the remaining balance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Start your day relaxed and let us pamper you with a hearty breakfast. Our Grabmairhof brunch brings the freshness of the farm directly to your table.

Farm-fresh products such as eggs, homemade jams and juices (raspberry, black and red currant, apricot, strawberry, elderberry, yarrow), homegrown herbs (sage, peppermint, lemon balm, oregano, parsley, chives, lavender, rosemary, hyssop, marjoram...) for aromatic tea and fine homemade herb salt, as well as applesauce and apple juice from our apple trees.

In total, you can expect up to 12 different products in your breakfast basket – varied, fresh, seasonal and put together with lots of love.
Our breakfast offer costs €25 per person and must be requested when booking – please also let us know on which days and how often you would like to enjoy breakfast.
We also offer a bread roll delivery service . Just get in touch – we'll be happy to explain everything else.

Our animal farm community
The Grabmairhof farm is home to a diverse group of people who make every day special:
Kira, the boss of the farm: Our friendly dog, playful and curious. Because of her hip, she appreciates being treated with a little patience.
The sheep: Calm and peaceful, each with its own personality – a wonderful example of diversity in the flock.
The chickens: They are bustling about every day and almost always give us fresh eggs.
Mimi, the cat: A real personality – sometimes majestically aloof, sometimes surprisingly cuddly.
Lilli & Johnny, our donkeys: Cautious, cozy and full of character – two originals that you simply have to love.
Each animal brings its own charm – together they create a real farm atmosphere and give you unforgettable holiday moments.
Information about the surroundings
The Grabmairhof as a starting point for small and big adventures
To the bus stop: You can reach it on foot in just 3 minutes. Buses run every 15 minutes to Bruneck and Kasern.
… you can easily reach the Klausberg and Speikboden ski areas in about 10 minutes by car or ski bus.
…in Luttach, which you can reach in a 15-minute walk, you'll find everything your holiday heart desires: grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bank, bars, an ice cream parlor, a butcher shop, a beverage market, the Maranatha Nativity Museum, a riding stable, and a water playground with a Kneipp facility. In winter, an ice skating rink invites you to enjoy yourself. There are also pizzerias and various sports and outdoor shops.
Hiking pleasure in the Ahrntal
The Ahrntal valley is considered a true paradise for hikers: Over 850 kilometers of marked hiking trails and around 164 managed alpine pastures invite you to discover nature in all its facets – from leisurely walks in the valley to challenging summit tours at high altitudes.
The Bizat Hut is a popular destination for families. With its child-friendly atmosphere, it offers the perfect place to stop for refreshments after a relaxing hike. For a more challenging experience, head to the Wolfskofel, the local mountain with its spectacular view of the Grabmairhof farm, which stands out against the landscape from this vantage point.
Culinary and scenic highlights also await along the trails: the rustic Schwarzbachhütte , the idyllic Niederhoferalm , and the sunny Rotbachalm are just a few examples of the diverse alpine pastures of the Ahrntal. Those seeking higher altitudes should consider the Kreuzkofel – a striking peak that rewards hikers with breathtaking panoramic views.

South Tyrol Guest Pass – Tauferer Ahrntal
As a guest in the Tauferer Ahrntal valley, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge from your accommodation. This allows you unlimited use of buses, regional trains and selected cable cars throughout South Tyrol for the duration of your stay.
Not valid for long-distance trains, special lines, and bicycle and animal transport (except guide dogs).
