Spacious apartment for 2-6 people
Our approximately 90 m² apartment offers plenty of space for relaxation and time together.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The separate living area invites you to relax—whether with a good book or while enjoying a get-together in the evening.
The bathroom with bathtub ensures relaxing moments after an eventful day.
A private balcony with a wonderful view and a storage space for skis or mountain bikes complete the offer.

Guest Pass
To ensure you feel completely at home, we've thought of everything: hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, hand and dish towels, as well as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and practical dishwashing utensils are all available for you.
Cancellation conditions
If a cancellation is necessary, we will of course try to accommodate you as best as possible
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge, but the deposit will be retained.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Farm-grown products such as eggs, homemade fruit spreads and juices (raspberry, black and red currant, apricot, strawberry, elderberry, yarrow), homegrown herbs (sage, peppermint, lemon balm, oregano, parsley, chives, lavender, rosemary, hyssop, marjoram...) for aromatic tea and fine homemade herbal salt, as well as applesauce and apple juice from our apple trees.

A total of up to 12 different products await you in your breakfast basket – varied, fresh, seasonal, and lovingly prepared.
Our breakfast offer costs €25 per person and must be requested when booking. Please also let us know which days and how often you would like to enjoy breakfast.

At Grabmairhof, a colorful group lives that makes every day special:
Kira, the farm manager: Our friendly dog, playful and curious. Because of her hips, she enjoys being treated with a little calm.
The sheep: Calm and peaceful, each with its own personality – a wonderful example of diversity in the flock.
The chickens: They are busy every day and almost always give us fresh eggs.
Mimi, the cat: A real personality – sometimes majestic at a distance, sometimes surprisingly cuddly.
Lilli & Johnny, our donkeys: careful, comfortable, and full of character – two originals you simply can't help but love.
Each animal brings its own charm – together they create a real farm feeling and give you unforgettable holiday moments.

The Grabmairhof as a starting point for small and large adventures

To the bus stop: It's just a 3-minute walk away. Buses run to Bruneck and Kasern every 15 minutes.

… the Klausberg and Speikboden ski areas can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by car or ski bus.

...in Luttach, a 15-minute walk away, you'll find everything your heart desires: grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bank, bars, an ice cream parlor, a butcher, a beverage store, the Maranatha Nativity Scene Museum, a riding stable, and a water playground with a Kneipp facility. In winter, an ice skating rink invites you to enjoy yourself. There are also pizzerias and various sports and outdoor shops.
Hiking pleasure in the Ahrntal
The Ahrntal Valley is a true paradise for hikers: over 850 kilometers of marked hiking trails and around 164 managed alpine pastures invite you to discover nature in all its facets – from leisurely walks in the valley to challenging summit tours at lofty heights.
The Bizat Hut is a popular destination for families. With its child-friendly atmosphere, it offers the perfect place to stop after a relaxing hike. Things get more challenging at the Wolfskofel, the local mountain, with spectacular views of the Grabmairhof farm, which appears amidst the landscape from up here.
Culinary and scenic highlights also await along the trails: the rustic Schwarzbachhütte , the idyllic Niederhoferalm , and the sunny Rotbachalm are just a few examples of the diversity of the Ahrntal alpine pastures. Those who want to reach higher should set their sights on the Kreuzkofel – a striking peak that rewards hikers with breathtaking panoramic views.
Whether for short excursions or extended mountain tours: the Ahrntal offers hiking enthusiasts unforgettable experiences amidst an impressive natural backdrop.
South Tyrol Guest Pass – Tauferer Ahrntal
As a guest in the Tauferer Ahrntal Valley, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge from your accommodation. This allows you to use buses, regional trains, and selected cable cars throughout South Tyrol for the entire duration of your stay.
Not valid for long-distance trains, special lines, bicycles, and animal transport (except guide dogs).
