Our apartment

Spacious apartment for 2-6 people
Our approximately 90 m² apartment offers plenty of space for relaxation and time together.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The separate living area invites you to relax—whether with a good book or while enjoying a get-together in the evening.
The bathroom with bathtub ensures relaxing moments after an eventful day.
A private balcony with a wonderful view and a storage space for skis or mountain bikes complete the offer.

Prices

Overnight accommodation costs from €150 per night for 2–4 people.


For each additional person, we charge €20 per night. The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Children up to 3 years old stay free.


The final cleaning is already included in the price.


The local tax is €2.40 per person per night (from 14 years) and is to be paid on site.

General information

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check out: until 9:30 am

If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please notify us by phone.

Breakfast

We offer breakfast upon request: €25 per person, €15 for children up to 3 years old. Breakfast must be added when booking.

pay

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total price. You can pay the remaining amount by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Smoke

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.

Cancellation conditions

If a cancellation is necessary, we will of course try to accommodate you as best as possible

  • In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.

  • Up to 6 weeks before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge, but the deposit will be retained.

  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.

  • Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged.

  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Guest Pass

Upon check-in, you will receive the Guest Pass – your ticket for free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol.
